A Day in the Life with C2C Certified® Changemakers: the series

A Day in the Life with C2C Certified® Changemakers is a story-led webinar series showing how C2C Certified® products fit into real routines: from the shampoo you use and the jeans you wear, to the chair you sit on and the air you breathe at work. Each session focuses on how C2C Certified® makes it easier to choose products that support a healthier and more meaningful daily life – with healthy materials, practical circularity, and feel-good impact built in.
This series is aimed at various industries: Built Environment, Fashion & Lifestyle, Cosmetics, Packaging, as well as at consumers, policymakers, partners, service organizations and NGO’s.

What it takes to turn textiles into long-lasting, circular products – and why design decisions matter more than ever. Join us for a Fashion session featuring Rebecka Sancho, Head of Sustainability at G-STAR.
Founded in 1989, G-STAR has pioneered the future of denim through innovation, craftsmanship, sustainability, and creativity. Known for redefining the denim space, the brand blends a sophisticated edge with premium design and bold collaborations with icons like Pharrell Williams, Marc Newson and Snoop Dogg. With a rebellious spirit, G-STAR continues to challenge conventions, push boundaries and champion creative expression.
That same mindset has guided G-Star's long-standing commitment to Cradle to Cradle Certified, with certified products on the market since 2017, including what they described as “ the most sustainable jeans ever’. In a fireside chat, our Executive Director Elwyn Grainger-Jones will speak with Rebecka about G‑STAR’s circularity strategy and ambitions – exploring how the brand enables people to live a creative and sustainable lifestyle, look great in their denim today, and help ensure a healthy future for the next generation.

Just Refill: Better daily habits, less hassle (for people and planet)
A session for the home & lifestyle products sector
October 6th | 3:00 - 4:00 PM CEST
How everyday choices – what we drink from to how products are packaged – become powerful contributions for a better future.
Water is the lifeblood of our planet. We believe it shouldn't be bottled, plasticized and labeled. It shouldn't be shipped around. It shouldn't go from here to there and there to here. It shouldn't be imported, exported, taxed. It shouldn't be scarce. It shouldn't be monopolized. It shouldn't be marketed. It shouldn't be sold. It shouldn't cost you, or us. So we get people to bring and refill their reusable bottle, urge companies to provide and promote tap water and lobby governments to make tap water safe and accessible for all.
Dopper offers a solution to single-use plastic with its Cradle to Cradle Certified® bottles. In this session, Elwyn will explore Dopper’s Cradle to Cradle journey with experts Niels and Chrissie, and how Dopper designs water bottles to end packaged water and help ensure our lips don’t come into contact with harmful chemicals. Dopper was the first bottle company to have their collection Cradle to Cradle Certified®.
Moderated by: Elwyn Grainger-Jones, Executive Director of the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute
Speakers:
Chrissie van Heijningen, Impact Manager at Dopper
Niels Heijman: R&D Manager at Dopper
