ZDHC Global Circularity Summit

How can chemistry help turn circularity ambitions into solutions that are safe, credible and scalable? The ZDHC Circularity Summit 2026 will bring together a global, cross-sector community in Lisbon on 4–5 November to explore this question across the textile, apparel, leather and footwear industries.
Under the theme “Decoding the chemistry behind scalable circularity,” the summit will move beyond broad conversations about circularity to examine some of the practical challenges involved in making it work across the value chain. From feedstock quality and contaminants to dyeing and finishing impacts and chemical compliance in recycled outputs, the programme will explore the role chemistry plays in enabling circular systems at scale.
Through strategic plenaries, expert panels, practical case studies and interactive discussions, participants from across industry, policy, finance and innovation will come together to exchange perspectives and explore what is needed to move from ambition towards implementation.
Nienke Steen from the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute will be attending the summit, joining the conversation on the future of safe and scalable circularity. We look forward to connecting with fellow attendees in Lisbon and being part of the discussions shaping the next steps for circular textiles.
