Unilin (Melamine Faced) Chipboard

A melamine-faced panel is a decorative panel made from a raw board pressed with impregnated paper, both on the upper and downside of the panel. The texture is pressed into the melamine surface under high pressure and temperature using a special press plate technology. The raw chipboard comes in varying properties (e.g. designed to be moisture resistant, fire retardant). In the Unilin Decorative range, over 200 designs are available in melamine faced boards (woods, plain colors, and other materials). Melamine faced chipboards are commonly used for interior furniture and decorative design in residential and commercial projects including retail, office, and hotel sectors.
