PPG Hoba® MAX internal coating for MAT; PPG iSense® White external basecoat

PPG Hoba® MAX PPG8460 is solvent (PAM) technology designed for internal coatings for monobloc aerosols and aluminium tubes. Designed for household products and a wide range of personal care products, this coating is resistant to aggressive organic fillings, sterilizable and a reliable solution offering optimal performance. PPG iSense® Performance PPG4666-001A is our external basecoat for monobloc aerosols and bottles. These coatings are designed to deliver optimal performance and excellent ink acceptance on high post-consumer recycled (PCR) material. This product can be applied for a variety of products such as beverage, food, household, personal care, and pharmaceutical packaging.

The results of the assessment for this certification are only valid with verification that human and environmental exposure is sufficiently controlled at the finished product manufacturing facilities. This requires a manufacturing site visit at the applicable facilities. This intermediate product was assessed exclusively for application by professional can manufacturers employing fully closed and sealed transport, manufacturing lines, and/or dosing systems as relevant to protect workers from sensitization, irritation, and inhalation toxicity of substances. The requirements for certification have only been met under these conditions.
