The holzius solid wood elements consist mainly of firwood and are milled to force-connect to each other by a dovetail-shaped solid wood ridge or wooden screws. All elements are designed to be airtight without the need for foils. Precisely dimensioned clearances are designed to enable the dimensional and form stability of the elements even in the event of changes in humidity.
