Robert Chatwin

Robert Chatwin is an international business leader with over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, business transformation, strategy and M&A, combining commercial expertise with a strong commitment to sustainability and the transition to a circular economy.
Most recently, Robert was Group CEO of Eden Project Limited, a UK-based environmental education charity and visitor attraction renowned for its iconic biomes, including the world’s largest indoor rainforest.
Previously, Robert was Executive Vice President and a member of the Group Operating Board at Natura &Co in Brazil. He also served as Chief Transformation Officer at Avon and The Body Shop, leading integration programmes following their incorporation into the Group.
Earlier in his career, Robert held senior positions at Royal Philips Electronics, including Global CEO of Philips AVENT, Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions, and Head of Strategy and New Business Development for the Consumer Division in Amsterdam. He began his career in investment banking and corporate finance at HSBC Investment Bank and KPMG Corporate Finance in London and Brazil.
Robert is Managing Director of Winvest Advisory, supporting businesses on strategy and transformation. He is a member of McKinsey & Company’s EMEA M&A Council and a trustee of SCTCC, a sports charity in the Southwest of England. He holds an MBA from IMD, where he was on the Dean’s List, and is a UK chartered accountant.
