Carlos Correia is President of NFPA Global Solutions™, where he leads the development and growth of new businesses through acquisitions and organic growth, with a focus on compliance solutions, advisory services, and digital technologies.

Previously, Carlos was Vice President and General Manager of Assets and Sustainability Performance at UL Solutions (ULS), where he led the company’s digital and consulting businesses focused on energy transition, healthy buildings, sustainability, and health & safety. Earlier, as VP & GM of Supply Chain & Sustainability, he helped drive UL’s digital transformation from traditional engineering services to SaaS, AI, and data-driven solutions, launching and scaling offerings in sustainability, supply-chain traceability, environmental claims, and regulatory compliance.

Throughout his 30-year executive career, Carlos has led global businesses across the energy, electrical, technology, industrial, and built environment sectors. He has driven growth through customer centricity, innovation, and more than 30 acquisitions. He also mentors Energy and Climate Tech startups through mHUB and Plug and Play.

As an NACD Directorship Certified® leader (NACD.DC®), Carlos brings corporate governance expertise across strategy, risk management, financial oversight, and technology transformations. He brings a broad global perspective, having lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., and speaks four languages.
