Alison Jones

Alison Jones is Chief Procurement Officer for Direct Materials at Philips – a company that is committed to sustainability through carbon-neutral operations, circular economy practices, and environmentally responsible product design .  Together with strategic partners and her team members who are located globally, she is passionate about improving products and services through collaboration and innovation.

Healthcare, Health and Wellness, Education and Sustainability are all common themes among various career moves for Alison.  She has had executive positions at GE Healthcare and Philips, followed by Chief Operations Officer roles at Schleich GmbH and Canyong Bicycles GmbH.   During her time at Schleich, she fostered the concept of C2C, which lead to 3 products becoming Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze, as well as the implementation of water-based paints for all figurines.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a Masters in Sustainability Management from SUMAS.  She is passionate about driving change for the better, under the premise of triple bottom line:  people, planet, and profit.
