With over a decade of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across the U.S., U.K., and EMEA, Johana combines design expertise with advanced analytical thinking to embed measurable environmental and human performance outcomes into workplace environments. Her work goes beyond compliance, focusing on system-level innovation, where sustainability, user experience, and business strategy converge.

She is a key driver of AI-enabled design methodologies, developing tools and frameworks that integrate real-time data, material intelligence, and behavioral insights into decision-making processes.
