Cradle to Cradle Certified® Trademark Use Guidelines

The Trademark Use Guidelines govern how the certification mark is to be used by certification holders as well as the media, publishers, assessors, and any other party using the marks. In order for a certification holder to use the certification mark to promote their product, they must first execute a Trademark License Agreement with C2CPII, indicating their acceptance of these rules, as well as the associated fees and terms of certification. Media and publishers may use the certification mark with written permission from the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute.
