Green Claims Guidance

EU consumer protection rules on environmental claims have been strengthened under the Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition (EmpCo) Directive. The Directive introduces binding requirements for how environmental and sustainability claims are presented to consumers, with the aim of reducing vague or misleading information.
