C-56 is designed as a low VOC, water-based, premium synthetic latex primer. C-56 primer is recommended by the manufacturer for use over trace amounts of residual adhesive after existing adhesive removal. Existing adhesives should be mechanically scraped to a bare, flat residue. C-56 can be applied with a flat trowel or a short nap roller. Refer to current installation instructions.
