TRANSPARENCY DISCLOSURES — Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions for the Hellefoss Book Paper A/S facility: In 2024, the combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were 3,794.1 tCO2e. Hereoff, Scope 1 emissions are: 2,826.82 tCO2e. Scope 2 emissions are 948.92 tCO2e. The C2C Certified emissions targets for using renewable electricity and addressing greenhouse gas emissions were addressed by Hellefoss Book Paper by procuring Guarantees of Origin (GOs) for renewable electricity and carbon offsets to address on-site GHG emissions. The Final Manufacturing Stage facility, Hellefoss Book Paper AS, withdraws water from the Drammen river with a 2024 total withdrawal of 1.102.237 m3 and total discharge of 921.531 m3. Process effluent is discharged to the Drammen river after on-site treatment. Sanitary and domestic wastewater is discharged to municipal treatment plant. In 2024, water consumption, e.g. water embodied in products and evaporated during manufacturing process, was 17.232 m3. Baseline water stress levels at the facility location: Low(<10%)
